Extech EX505 Review: Extech EX505 CAT IV-600V True RMS Industrial MultiMeter with Waterproof (IP67) Rugged Design for Heavy Duty Use. The first one I received had been used and wouldn't even measure voltage accurately. It seemed to have been fried so I sent it back and received a NEW one but it didn't work either. The second wouldn't measure RPMs accurately at all, not even close. The car would idle at around 750 and the meter would fluctuate between 400 and 1500. Totally useless. Sent back for refund.
